1. Who we are and how to contact us

Jovamon AI is operated by Clloze LTD, a registered company ("we," "us," "our").

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly: your email address, and any details you submit through our waitlist, checklist, or remote eligibility check (job preferences, location, work eligibility answers).

Information collected automatically: basic usage data through our analytics (page views, button clicks). No cookies or persistent tracking until we introduce a named analytics vendor.

We do not collect government ID numbers, payment details, or sensitive personal data through the site.

3. Why we process your data

Signing up for our waitlist or checklist. We process your email address based on your consent. You give it to us by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.

Your answers in the remote eligibility check. Also based on consent. You choose to answer these questions to get a personalized result, and you can stop or leave the page at any time without providing them.

Understanding how people use the site (analytics). Based on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and features are actually useful, so we can improve the product. This doesn't involve identifying you personally.

Responding to your emails or support requests. Based on our legitimate interest in running the business and answering people who contact us.

As we add paid features or accounts, some processing will shift to contract necessity (we need your data to actually deliver the service you signed up for). We'll update this section when that happens.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Jovamon.

Kit. To send emails to people who join our waitlist or checklist.

Cloudflare. To host and serve the website.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

5. International data transfers

Kit and Cloudflare may process data outside your country. Both are established providers who handle their own compliance and data protection safeguards as part of how they operate. We work with them on that basis rather than managing international transfers ourselves.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as you're actively engaging with Jovamon (on our waitlist, using the checklist, etc.), and for up to 24 months after your last activity. After that, we delete it unless we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons, or unless you ask us to delete it sooner, in which case we will, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@jovamonai.com.

8. Cookies

We currently don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.

We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
