1. Who we are and how to contact us

Jovamon AI is operated by CLLOZE LTD ("we," "us," "our").

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly: your email address, your country and the role you want, and your first name if you choose to give it. You give us these through our waitlist and checklist forms and our free tools. When you take the remote eligibility check and submit the form, we send your score and your main blocker to our email provider together with the form details. Your individual answers stay in your browser while you take the check and are not stored by us. Our free tools process any resume or job posting text you paste or upload in your browser only, and never send or store it. The Remote Salary Calculator runs entirely in your browser and does not send or store the role, the exact years of experience, or the country you enter; when you calculate a range, it does send a broad years of experience bucket and a broad company region category to our analytics tool, covered below, never the exact figures you entered or the result shown. When you join our waitlist through a free tool, we record an approximate country, taken from your network connection by our hosting provider Cloudflare, as a tag on your subscriber record.

Information collected automatically: basic usage data through our analytics (page views, button clicks). We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count visits and see which parts of our site and free tools are used, so we can improve them. We set no cookies and store nothing on your device for this. PostHog works out an anonymous visitor count on its servers from technical details of your visit. We record page views and simple events such as starting a tool or viewing a result. We also record which website referred you to the page, as just the site's name, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, such as utm_source, so we can see which channels bring visitors. We never send the text you enter into our tools to PostHog, and we do not use this data for advertising. PostHog acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. You can opt out of PostHog analytics by turning on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, which our site respects, or by blocking analytics in your browser. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures how quickly pages load, without using cookies or similar storage on your device. Questions: privacy@jovamonai.com.

AI Ghost Job Detector. The job title, company name, company website domain, and listing text you paste are processed in your browser to produce the free, instant result. If you unlock the full report, that same text, with any email addresses and phone numbers in it masked first, is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, so it can generate the second look. We do not store the text you paste. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse of this feature. If you unlock the full report, we keep your first name, email address, and an approximate country, the same way as our other free tools, to send you the report and updates through our email provider. We record anonymous usage events for this tool, such as which risk level a result showed, without ever sending the text you paste, your name, or your email as part of those events.

We do not collect government ID numbers, payment details, or sensitive personal data through the site.

3. Why we process your data

Signing up for our waitlist, checklist or free tools. We process your email address, your first name if you give it, and the other details the form asks for, based on your consent. You give it to us by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or by emailing privacy@jovamonai.com.

Your result in the remote eligibility check. Also based on consent. You choose to take the check to get a personalized result, and you can stop or leave the page at any time. We receive only your score and your main blocker, together with the details you enter in the form.

Understanding how people use the site (analytics). Based on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and features are actually useful, so we can improve the product. We do not use it to identify you.

Responding to your emails or support requests. Based on our legitimate interest in running the business and answering people who contact us.

As we add paid features or accounts, some processing will shift to contract necessity (we need your data to actually deliver the service you signed up for). We'll update this section when that happens.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Jovamon.

Kit. To store the details you submit through our waitlist, eligibility check and free tools, and to send emails to people who have signed up to hear from us.

Cloudflare. To host and secure the website, to measure website traffic and page speed, and to forward emails sent to our addresses.

Google (Gmail). To receive and reply to emails you send us.

PostHog. To count visits and understand how our site and free tools are used.

OpenAI. To generate the AI second look in the AI Ghost Job Detector's full report, from the listing text you paste, with email addresses and phone numbers masked first. We do not store this text ourselves.

Cloudflare Turnstile. To check that a request to unlock the AI Ghost Job Detector's full report is coming from a real visitor, not an automated script.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

5. International data transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. PostHog stores our analytics data in the European Union, and we have a signed data processing agreement with PostHog. Kit, Cloudflare and Google each operate under their own data protection terms.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your details in Kit for as long as you stay on our list. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing privacy@jovamonai.com. We remove people who have had no activity for 24 months, unless we need to keep information for legal reasons. Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email privacy@jovamonai.com.

8. Cookies

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for tracking or advertising, and our analytics stores nothing on your device. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site secure. When you submit a form, our email provider, Kit, receives your details and may set its own cookies while handling your submission.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.

We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
